Quick summary
We want you and your child to be happy with our math classes. If something goes wrong, here’s how refunds and credits work.
General rules
– If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for one-off classes or within 14 days of the first class for subscriptions to discuss a refund or credit.
– We’ll review each request and, when appropriate, offer a full or partial refund or a credit toward future classes.
Single live class or one-off purchase
– Refunds: Full refund if you request at least 48 hours before the class start time.
– Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours): We may offer a credit for a future class but not a cash refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Subscriptions (recurring)
– Free trial: If you signed up for a free trial, you won’t be charged while the trial is active. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.
– Recurring billing: Cancel anytime from your account dashboard to stop future charges. Cancelling stops future payments but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
– Refund requests: We may offer prorated refunds or credits for unused time at our discretion if you contact us within 14 days of a charge.
Missed classes and teacher cancellations
– If your child misses a class: No refund for no-shows but class recordings will be available.
– If we cancel or the teacher cannot teach: We’ll offer a replacement class, credit, or refund for that session.
Technical problems
– If a class is disrupted for reasons within our control (platform failure, teacher issues), we’ll offer a make-up, credit, or refund for the affected session. Connectivity or device problems on your side are your responsibility.
How to request a refund
– Email ms.viddy@gmail.com with your account name, purchase details, date of the class, and reason for the request.
– We’ll respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions and abuse
– We don’t issue refunds for chargebacks or disputes that are resolved in our favor. Repeated refund/chargeback requests may lead to account restrictions.
– Special cases (medical emergencies, moving, school closures) — contact us for consideration.
